Refund Policy

At Sipplo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
